I remember back when there was a push of "ab" belts that you strap on and they supposedly helped develop your abs. I know these were gimmicks and thus that fad came and went.

I heard about the Flex Belt and the claim that its the only FDA Approved technology for this type of device. Fast forward and I actually met a guy at work who had one and swore by it. He stated that he also works out and eats "fairly" well but this seemed to stimulate and develop his abs better than typical crunches.

Anyone tried The Flex Belt or heard anything about it? Im tempted to ask this guy to let me borrow his belt for a few days so I can try it out without paying for it.

*FDA cleared, not approved*.

Seems too easy to be true. If it were that easy, everyone would have a 6 pack. Let us know if you try it out.
