I thought this was interesting.
Crazy how in a few months you can go from ripped to a slob even if it was intentional.
He talks about how he is addicted to sugar and can't go a day without a soda without getting headaches.
Interested to see the progress on his reversal when it begins.

Good article. Shows you how easy it is to get fat. Most people consume one or more of the foods he mentioned on a daily basis without even thinking about it or thinking that it is good for them. All of these things contain sugar or will be turned into blood glucose when digested which is why he is feeling like crap later on and craves those same sugary foods.

Wow, that really is an interesting article...my biggest fear if I was him would be not being able to get back to the way I was or even close to it. But I hope he can pull it off and see how he looks in another 6 months when starts eating right and exercising again.
