1 large Zucchini cut up to bite size and quartered artichoke hearts (canned or frozen)
Simmer Z with onion,garlic,s/p in 1/2 cup chicken broth until Z is soft, add A-hearts long enough to absorb the flavor of the broth. There you have it.
Serve with any meat or fish. Viola!!!! |
