Knew about this amazing little fruit from the Himalaya&#x27;s from working in the healthfood business, but Dr. Oz had a good segment about it. It contains a unique Omega-7 that is a natural anti-inflammatory and over a good nutrious superfood. About to start a monthly dose to see what i notice. Good for the skin, immune system, mood, energy etc.  I will give a update in 30 days..looks promising.
