Tried it once...I could use more flexibility. It is pretty hard and works your core real good. I think I still have to understand the breathing etc and get form down, but Im digging it

I heard that yoga stuff is a lot more difficult than most understand.

I know some folks that do it in SE Florida, and they have a "group" setting for the exercise in an open non-airconditioned environment... The people there told me that they sweat out 5-7 lbs off per "exercise session"....(of course most is put right back after rehrydrating)

Also said to include a lot of isometrics and make for sore muscles, and its said to be a decent workout.

Between work and running daily....I personally dont feel like doing anything else, but remain curious about yoga....

garbage is hard man. I am pretty strong upper body wise and even those parts are tough...so core oreinted. my legs need more strength i can tell...very tough...
