Just leaving now -- stayed at The Trop got a great rate, probably wont stay there again, but it wasnt bad, the book is actually pretty nice, Cantor run and clean, good size screens...

My thoughts on the books

The Trop is underrated
The Bellagio is overrated
PH sucks
Arai is nice, not a whole lot of seats though
I like the MGM, was a little surprised there, nobody talks much about it
The Hilton is the best IMO, the theater and the book are cool, but the hotel is old and bland

I would recommend using ticks4less, got 50% off both the big restaurants at the Trop and I was pleasantly surpised how good both restaurants were. They had a ton of good deals on shows, even late in the day...

The lady and I also liked the Phantom of the Opera....

unless MGM has redone themselves cant say I was  impressed with the book - seems more like of an after thought in one of the major walkways with people constantly walking in front of you- try  M Resort & Red Rocks books if you have a chance to venture off strip next time----you will be glad you did-----------

I will NC, one reason I liked the MGM was if you have a group of guys the manager said he would put us up in the skybox for free(im going in march with a group of guys), unless he was full of it that could be a good time, of course if he doesnt you can take a minute stroll to the Trop, which Isnt bad at all -  Cantor run, and in-game betting

march sounds like tourney time--would imagine the skybox's will be bringing top dollar at that time of year, anxious to check trop since they have been remodeled by Cantor-

I never really cared for MGM's book.

The Bellagio has it's flaws and one big one is that the tv's are out of sync. If you're looking at them, the right side is delayed by (guessing) 5-8 seconds.

It's true about the Bellagio's TV's.

Have they still not fixed that prob was in there in April watching hockey one big TV was way behind. Other than that great book and great service (atleast when I was there).

It's still an issue as of two weeks ago. I went out of town for work and will arrive back next week. It's been an issue for years now. No one notices unless the same game is showing on both sides.
