Are all contests on here contingent on you signing up wth the sportsbook that is sponsoring them or can you actually win prizes without registering at the sponsoring sportsbook??  Please let me know as soon as possible

It depends on the type of contest you are referring to.

Our League Champions contests are completely free to play.

The prizes are cash prizes, Covers hats and Covers Hoodies.

League Champions rules.

Office Pools that are sponsored by Sportsbooks are a different story, each one is a little different but they offer Free Play Betting Account prizes, that require you to sign up with the Sportsbook to be eligible for prizing.  You should check the Office Pool Forum for each sponsored Office Pool to get the full list of rules and regulations.
