Wanted to post this to see if I can get some help collecting the hats I have won.
I took 13th in the 2009 mlb preseason contest and replied to the email wagerline sent on 4/9/09 and still haven't received my hat after 4 months. I also got 9 in a row for the streak survivor and replied to the wagerline email on 5/31/09 and it's been over 2 months for that one.
I am concerned since I did hit 9 in a row from 3/13/07-4/9/07 for the streak survivor, responded to the email and never received my hat after over 2 years. I didn't really pursue it back then, but so far I am 0 for 3 in receiving prizes I won. Can you look into this as I can't believe that I would not receive anything for winning a hat 3 different times.
I have emailed the contests@wagerline.com many times and have got no replies so I hope for better luck in this thread. I use an msn email so I did receive the email each time congratulating me and I replied each time verifing my address is correct in your system.
I hope you do give out the prizes for the contests you run here, but going 0-3 in receiving prizes doesn't make Covers look good in my eyes. Hope you can make things right and thanks in advance.
