EARLIER I HAD TROUBLE UPLOADING MY AVATAR AND BEFORE I GET MY SELF BANNED AGAIN I WANT TO KNOW IF IM DOING SOMETHING WRONG 

1 CLICKED ON UPDATE IMAGE PROFILE 
2 CLICKED CHOOSE FILE 
3 PICKED MY PIC I WANTED 
4 PRE VIEWED MY PIC 
5 SLECT THIS AS MY AVATAR AND SAVE HIT F5 AFTER AND STILL NO AVATAR JUST A REDMAN 

I DID THIS NUMEROUS TIMES EARLIER AND I WANT TO MAKE SURE IM 100% RIGHT ON NOW

WELL IT MUST BE SOMETHING ON YOUR END CAUSE MY AVATAR NEVER CHANGES FROM THE RED MAN WOULD LOVE SOME HELP HERE SO IM IN COMPLIANCE

We are seeing your pic of shady mccoy displaying clearly on all major browsers on our desktop. Is this still not fixed yet for you? We are running out of ideas here???

Yes the red man is still there an I'm using my mobile device as well as a regular CPU to see if it was just my home computer but still same result on my end I guess just leave it how it is and in time it will change

I MAY have found the answer.

I was having the same problem for a week now F5ing the crap out of it didn't help either.

Today I was wondering if it was something as simple as clicking on " TERMS OF USE " first. 

Now it works for me.
