i put each game for the season into excel then average out each teams, quarters and full game score for example if Orlando had played 6 games and the 1st quarter scores for orlando had been 23,26,32,18,22,36 then there 1st quarter score would be 26 and the same with the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and full game
