been working my behind off for 7 years delivering pizzas and selling dope!  Just because someone works in a shitty place doesn't mean they don't have the capability to buy a franchise.  I have a couple of investors and alot of cash saved myself.  So i narrowed it down to.. "Marcos Pizza".. Moes southwest grill and also a popular fast food establishment called "saleems".

I was a kid man, would I do this now?  Especially in America?  Hell no.  But Ill tell you honestly i dont regret it one bit.  Tipping is a unwritten rule and if you really expect your food not to get spat not if you dont tip you must be kidding yourself.

Subway does not have any territorial rights to its franchise owners.  Meaning you could have one in the very next block.  Pretty much dwindles the market share in your respected area.  Also margins are pretty shitty with $5 subs.

There are two subways in my area that are on the same road like a mile apart... and I think they both do really well...

one is a drive thru subway... there is a mcdonalds there too so  you know it has to be a location that gets people through...

the other is open 24 hours and attached to a gas station that has the cheapest gas in the area...

No one can really give you good advice on a particular franchise unless they know the area.

Open sports themed restaurant with take out type food. Gyros, burgers, dogs, tenderloins and the like. Get a beer license.

If you build it they will come!

If you are going to open a fast food joint, make sure to locate it in a black neighborhood.  I know them blacks love to eat fast foods.
