Thanks Club, again, much appreciation...but yeah I can see where you are coming from with the whole "when they remove fat, they just use something else as a filler" thinking. It makes sense....just never really looked or thought about it like that. I will let ya know how everything pans out and hit ya with an update later on. 

boberts, what are you at now? Don't you have your own sort of "weight loss in game" going on right now? Regardless I am sure you will meet your goal if you just put your mind to it man. I am on day 2 of my journey of weight loss and just overall better health myself so I wouldn't take too much advice from me lol. Oh and by the wish you were 182? If it makes you feel any better I am only 23 and 5'10...I went to college for 5 years and when I first started school I probably weighed about about

ad1260, if you want to read a quick and easy book , "why we get fat and what to do about it" is

peanuts are legumes, but they are are very good for you. they are 25% protein (higher than any real nut) and very high in nutrients and relatively low in carbs. like all nuts they are calorie dense but are a very healthy snack
