Euro 2012 odds: Spain, Germany knotted as tourney favorites

With the group stage now out of the way at Euro 2012, Spain and Germany have established themselves as tournament favorites.

The two sides are currently pegged +200 to win the tournament, separating significantly from the rest of the pack.

The Euro 2012 tournament takes a break Wednesday before resuming play Thursday when the Czech Republic faces Portugal as a +400 underdog. Portugal is priced at -150 with the draw at +250.

Germany is pegged as a -330 favorite against Greece (+790) on Friday with the draw at +345.

How does a draw figure into the equation vb if its the.knockout rpund?? Isbit considered PK's??

Yeah BronxMush, these odds are for 90 minutes betting, if the game goes to extra time or penalties, the game counts as a draw. C-T
