With All-Star Weekend in the rearview, it's back to business for the WNBA. A'ja Wilson & the Aces headline Tuesday's moneyline slate, eager to wash away the bitter taste of their last loss and make a statement.

Fresh off the All-Star break, the WNBA returns with a five-game slate on Tuesday.

The Indiana Fever look to sustain their upward trajectory into the second half of the season, while the Las Vegas Aces aim to bounce back immediately following a painful one-point defeat before the break.

There's more than enough on tonight's plate to feast on so let's not hold you any longer as we provide the best WNBA picks & moneyline plays for Tuesday, July 28.

Expert WNBA moneyline picks for July 28

Sun vs Mystics: Washington Mystics (-213)

Mystics win probability: 68%

Best to believe that the Washington Mystics are fresh off of the All-Star break with a chip on their shoulders with the way they dusted off the Las Vegas Aces before the festivities in a one-point victory.

That should tell you most of how they'll be big steppers against the Connecticut Sun. Washington holds a distinct edge in offensive momentum, half-court depth, and home-court advantage.

While Connecticut managed to steal a low-scoring defensive battle in their last head-to-head meeting, their recent defensive struggles—highlighted by allowing 123 points in their loss to Indiana—make it difficult to trust them on the road.

Look for Washington's interior scoring and perimeter pressure to control the pace early at home.

Tempo vs Lynx: Minnesota Lynx (-900)

Lynx win probability: 90%

The return of Napheesa Collier unlocks the absolute ceiling for a Minnesota Lynx team that already sits atop the WNBA.

Backed by elite defensive continuity and a seasoned core, Minnesota enters as a heavy home favorite simply because they can reach Super Saiyan levels in the second half of this season.

The Toronto Tempo features high-end perimeter talent in Marina Mabrey and Kia Nurse, but asking an expansion squad to gel on the road against the league’s premier defense is a steep hill to climb.

Look for Minnesota’s frontcourt efficiency and sharp half-court sets to dictate the game and pull away.

Fever vs Storm: Indiana Fever (-335)

Fever win probability: 77%

Riding a three-game winning streak into the post-All-Star stretch, the Indiana Fever boast the league’s top-ranked scoring offense behind the elite perimeter tandem of Caitlin Clark and Kelsey Mitchell, paired with Aliyah Boston’s steady presence inside.

While Seattle Storm rookie center Dominique Malonga provides a strong interior threat, the struggling Storm enter on a six-game skid and simply lack the firepower to keep pace with Indiana’s high-octane transition game.

Expect the Fever to push the tempo out of the break and control the perimeter, making Indiana the safest moneyline selection to secure the road victory.

Liberty vs Sparks: New York Liberty (-170)

Liberty win probability: 63%

After an inconsistent first half of the season, the New York Liberty are looking to hit their stride and give Brooklyn a stretch run worth believing in.

While the Los Angeles Sparks remain dangerous behind the veteran frontcourt duo of Dearica Hamby and Nneka Ogwumike, matching New York’s elite perimeter spacing and high-volume scoring over four quarters is a tough task.

Take the Liberty’s depth and high-efficiency shot-making to dictate the pace down the stretch as New York begins to find its rhythm.

Fire vs Aces: Las Vegas Aces (-525)

Aces win probability: 84%

The Las Vegas Aces have dominated the head-to-head series between these two teams this season, securing convincing victories in both prior meetings behind the elite frontcourt dominance of A'ja Wilson and perimeter playmaking from Jackie Young.

While the expansion Portland Fire have shown flashes of growth led by rookie guard Carla Leite and balanced depth, matching the Aces' championship pedigree, offensive efficiency, and home-court advantage over 40 minutes remains a massive hurdle.

I expect nothing less than the Aces to assert their physical presence inside early and dictate tempo.
