Look for Tom Thibodeau to use New York’s rougher defensive moments from Game 1 — including some woeful possessions in the third quarter — to shake his team into a better effort here, and there’s no excuse for the Knicks to have lapses on that end of the floor when they can call on OG Anunoby and Mikal Bridges. Detroit has dropped five of its last six games on the road, and this feels like a chance for New York to put the visitors on the back foot early.
