I bet the Ravens to win the division as one of 3 division winner bets I’ve made this season (Redskins, Bears) - so while I really want them to win this game, the Browns to me are the clear right side. I would put Cleveland’s defense in the top 6 or 7 in the league, and #1 in terms of defenses that nobody is talking about. Yeah they gave up 45 points to the Raiders, but that was helped tremendously by 4 turnovers and very poor officiating. The Browns should have won last week, and I think they have a great chance to beat the Ravens this week as well.
The fact that Cleveland gave up 45 in a fluke game, makes people forget that they held the Saints to 21 points in New Orleans just a few weeks ago. This is the start of the new era for the team, so I like their defense to show up big here in what is their first divisional game with their new franchise QB.
Detroit Lions @ Green Bay Packers
Yes the Bears are far improved this year, but one of the reasons I took them to win the division a week ago was because the Vikings aren't the same team as they were last year; and the Packers in my opinion, was on a downward trend. I faded the Packers last week and they won 22-0, but my opinion stays the same. I was definitely excited to bet against the Packers but the Bills were obviously too inept to take advantage – but I think things will be different this Sunday. I expect the Lions to blowout a Green Bay team who has a ton of problems rn. Detroit should be able to take advantage of what Buffalo couldn’t.

people forget that they held the Saints to 21 points in New Orleans
And The Ravens held them to 14. Ill take the Superbowl champ over Mayfield. The under is 45.5.. but Mayfield is short, a rookie, and playing his first good defense... Seems like the formula for another pick 6 day... which is why I'm staying away from the under as well.

Good pick. I picked the Packers earlier in the week.. before the injury onslaught.. o well. Early lines almost always better value. Took the Under 51 for a semi hedge.

Had a strong play scheduled on hawks but I ended up downgrading it and then passing altogether due to the injury. Earl Thomas is just too important to that defense. We’ll be fading the Rams soon, but holding off this weekend

League Capper.....hard to questions any of your selections based on the run you are on, but I am really struggling to see any value in the NY Giants +6.5 and you have them as your 2nd highest rated play this week.
First, they are traveling to play against a team that should be well rested and well healed coming off of a bye.
I realize this is not the best way to compare teams "week to week", but Carolina did a real "beat down" on Dallas the first week of the season winning easier then the 16-8 (by 8) score would indicate. Dallas was never really in the game. Then I look at how bad Dallas outplayed the Giants the next week winning 20-13 (by 7). Next, I look at how Carolina beat the Bengals the week before their bye 31-21 (by 10) and we just saw the Bengals go on the road and get the win in Atlanta.
When I look at this entire picture, to me it adds up to Carolina winning and covering the 6.5 points. There must be some match-up problems or something else I am not considering. What is it that makes you so high on the Giants this week?
Thanks in advance for your thoughts and BOL!

BOL this weekend. Nice to see you on the Lions as they were my survivor pick along with the Pats. But according to the new breed of covers trolls like ILost20Grand you should definitely change this card up. It’s just too sharp.

You're intentionally hedging your Batlmore to win the division here LC (a good bet to win the div.) but I think that's giving you unwarranted confidence in the Browns.
Until Hue can get his head out of his as*, I can't trust this coaching staff. They go out of their way to lose games.
