It’s the final night of the regular season on the ice, and San Jose Sharks goalie Alex Nedeljkovic headlines my top NHL player props for Thursday, April 16.

My NHL picks are rounded out with a pair of Edmonton Oilers as they look to secure second place in the Pacific Division with a point against the Vancouver Canucks tonight.

Our best NHL player props for Thursday, April 16

Take a look at our best bets and expert analysis below.

Prop #1: Alex Nedeljkovic Over 23.4 saves

-115 at BET99

San Jose Sharks goaltender Alex Nedeljkovic has won four of his past five starts while flashing a respectable .906 save percentage and 3.35 goals saved above average, so I expect him to have another solid outing against the Winnipeg Jets.

The Sharks have also allowed 29.4 shots per road game while ranking 27th in Corsi For percentage at five-on-five.

Prop #2: Connor Ingram Over 20.5 saves

-130 at BET99

Edmonton Oilers starter Connor Ingram has stopped 21 or more shots in nine of his past 12 starts, boasting a rock-solid .909 save percentage and 9.03 goals saved above expected.

With the Vancouver Canucks also averaging 30.7 shots per night during their current three-game winning streak, I’m anticipating Ingram seeing enough rubber to eclipse his saves total tonight.

Prop #3: Matt Savoie Over 0.5 points

-120 at BET99

Oilers winger Matt Savoie has appeared on the scoresheet in nine of his last 15 games while spending most of his time alongside superstar Connor McDavid.

The duo has generated 3.59 goals per 60 minutes at five-on-five, and Edmonton has plenty at stake in a soft home matchup against Vancouver.

Edmonton can clinch second place in the Pacific Division, while the Canucks have surrendered 4.43 goals per game during their ongoing 4-10 skid.
