My favorite NHL picks for December 7 back a trio of forwards to find the back of the net, including Connor Bedard.

Our best NHL player props for Sunday, December 7
Take a look at our best bets and expert analysis below.
Prop #1: Cole Caufield anytime goalscorer
The Montreal Canadiens host the St. Louis Blues in the late window of Sunday’s NHL slate. Montreal forward Cole Caufield is the lifeblood of this offense, leading the team in goals by nearly double the amount of the next player.
Caufield scored in his latest game against the Toronto Maple Leafs, and that success is likely to continue against St. Louis. He's dominated the Blues, scoring six goals over the past seven meetings.
Meanwhile, goaltender Jordan Binnington is slated to start for St. Louis. Having a season to forget, Binnington is 6-7-5 with an .874 SV% and 3.30 GAA through 19 appearances.

Prop #2: Tyler Bertuzzi anytime goalscorer
Speaking of weak goaltending, Ville Husso is expected to start for the Anaheim Ducks as they host the Chicago Blackhawks. Entering this matchup in poor form, Husso has allowed three or more goals in each of his past two games.
He's posted a fade-worthy .833 SV% and 4.01 GAA over that stretch.
If he has another rough outing, Tyler Bertuzzi will likely be responsible. Bertuzzi plays a disruptive net-front role, scoring many of his goals off tips and rebounds.
He's thrived in this environment and leads the entire NHL in high-danger goals.

Prop #3: Connor Bedard anytime goalscorer
Sticking with the same game, Connor Bedard is another Blackhawks forward to consider. Bedard has blossomed into a superstar, ranking fourth in the league in points and third in goals at just 20 years old.
He enters this contest in dominant form, having scored 16 goals over the past 20 games. He faced Anaheim once over that stretch, scoring twice in that outing.
It shouldn’t be surprising Bedard dominated the Ducks, considering they rank 29th in expected goals against per 60 minutes (xGA/60) this season.
