After free agency and the NHL draft, the odds to win the 2020 Stanley Cup finals have tightened up and the three betting favorites all reside in the Atlantic Division. The Tampa Bay Lightning have the best odds to lift Lord Stanley's Grail despite getting swept in the first round last spring after a dominant regular season. The Boston Bruins and Toronto Maple Leafs are just behind them at +900.
The Dallas Stars and Florida Panthers jumped into the top-10 after some big moves, with the Stars signing free agent Joe Pavelski while the Panthers added two-time Vezina Trophy winner Sergei Bobrovsky.
The Devils and Rangers also saw their odds improve after the respective additions of P.K. Subban and Artemi Panarin, and also grabbing the top two selections in the 2019 draft.
The Carolina Hurricanes swept the Lightning last postseason but have just +5000 odds to raise the Cup in 2020 after the departures of Panarin, Bobrovsky and Matt Duchene.
