It will be their third game in four nights after a trip down in Florida over the weekend, while the Vegas Golden Knights were up in New York, taking down the Devils and Rangers in their last two games.
Although the Isles got a win in Tampa Bay, they were heavily outshot in that game, and they couldn’t get much going against the Panthers the next night.
Vegas is getting healthier now, and the Islanders have a few players on the shelf, which is another point in the Golden Knights’ favor.
