Integrity Compliance 360 (IC360) announced on Wednesday that it will be enhancing its partnership and officially providing the golf league with its ProhiBet platform, a technology that will help ensure players, caddies, officials, and administrative staff adhere to the PGA TOUR’s gambling policies by tracking illicit betting activity.

Gambling policy
The PGA TOUR Integrity Program bans players and others associated with the organizer from betting on golf on “any platform that the TOUR determines to mimic sports betting (e.g., prediction markets, futures contracts).”
Providing inside information for betting and manipulating performance are also prohibited.
Violators of the policy can receive a variety of sanctions, from a simple warning to fines up to $500,000 to suspensions and lifetime bans from the TOUR.
Protecting the game
IC360’s technology will monitor sportsbooks to make sure those associated with the TOUR aren’t wagering or trading.
“Integrating ProhiBet into the PGA TOUR’s comprehensive Integrity Program gives them a powerful, real-time mechanism to protect the game,” IC360 co-CEO Scott Sadin said. “We are privileged to continue providing our world-class technology and expert services to one of the premier sports organizations globally.”
IC360 works with various stakeholders, including other sports leagues and sports betting operators. The technology company recently uncovered unusual betting activity on a UFC fight and Cleveland Guardians games involving pitchers Emmanuel Clase and Luis Ortiz, who have been federally charged in a gambling scheme.
