Caesars Entertainment and TV personality Lisa Vanderpump are expanding their collaboration to the next level, launching The Vanderpump Hotel, a unique boutique hotel that debuts on the Las Vegas Strip.

The Cromwell, the current building at the intersection of Flamingo Road and Las Vegas Boulevard, will be rebuilt from the ground up before reopening as The Vanderpump Hotel in early 2026.

Vanderpump, an established personality in the hospitality industry and on reality television, anticipates the new endeavor. She spoke of bringing an atmosphere of novelty and opulence to the hotel, working alongside her interior design firm, Vanderpump Alain, and business associate, Nick Alain, as she tries to provide a new image that best suits her sense of style.

Vanderpump's success began as a regular cast member on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, where she appeared from 2010 to 2019. She increased her popularity by furthering her TV work in several reality shows, including Vanderpump Rules, Overserved with Lisa Vanderpump, Vanderpump Dogs, and Vanderpump Villa.

The Vanderpump Hotel represents Vanderpump's first foray into the hospitality industry following the success of her restaurants and lounges. Her Las Vegas venues currently include Vanderpump à Paris at Paris Las Vegas and Vanderpump Cocktail Garden at Caesars Palace.

Lisa Vanderpump isn’t the only celebrity making strides in the United State’s gambling capital. Popular YouTuber MrBeast, Jimmy Donaldson, recently collaborated with Resorts World Las Vegas to release a MrBeast-themed holiday package available to guests.

Building on success

Sean McBurney, Regional President of Caesars Entertainment, noted the strength of its alliance with Vanderpump, suggesting the new hotel will expand her creative vision even further.

“We’ve had a phenomenal partnership with Lisa, developing three very successful restaurants in Las Vegas,” McBurney said. “Now we get to take Lisa’s vision and expertise to the next level –infusing her talent and creativity into an entire hotel at the most incredible location on the Las Vegas Strip. Nowhere else in the world can guests experience The Vanderpump Hotel, and we couldn’t be more proud to debut it.”

The hotel will be reenvisioned with Vanderpump's distinctive taste, and the reception and front desk areas will undergo a dramatic makeover. Plans also include a new lounge, and the entire 188 guest rooms and suites will be reimagined with custom furniture and lighting fixtures Vanderpump Alain designed.

Terrence O'Donnell, Senior Vice President and General Manager of the property, referred to the development as a turnaround for the hotel and the broader Las Vegas hospitality scene.

The Cromwell already includes several celebrity lounges and bars, including GIADA by celebrity chef Giada De Laurentiis, Bound, Interlude, and Drai's Beachclub and Nightclub. It also has a Caesars Sportsbook, which recently announced its partnership with IC360 the other week to improve its sportsbook across the U.S.

Caesars Entertainment hasn't yet indicated whether all existing venues will remain in their present locations following transformation into The Vanderpump Hotel, but did indicate The Cromwell will be kept open throughout the renovation. Further updates regarding the hotel's construction will be released as the project advances towards its scheduled completion in early 2026.
