Aristocrat Gaming revealed a new slot at the Global Gaming Expo (G2E) 2025 in Las Vegas this week. Monopoly Big Board Bucks marks Aristocrat's first release under a new multi-year licensing agreement with Hasbro.

Key Takeaways

  • Aristocrat Gaming unveiled Monopoly Big Board Bucks at G2E 2025, its first Hasbro-licensed slot title.

  • The game integrates iconic Monopoly features such as tokens, properties, and the GO Jackpot Wheel.

  • It's set to launch in North American casinos in early 2026, powered by Aristocrat's Baron Portrait cabinet.

Aristocrat unveiled the game at the firm's display stand, which was graced by top delegates from the two companies. The partnership unites the familiar brands with the expertise in slot creation, making the new casino title a high-profile launch.

Created as part of Aristocrat's expansion into branded gaming products, the game features base Monopoly images and gameplay combined with premium slot features. Players will recognize icons like Mr. Monopoly, houses, hotels, and Free Parking.

These icons work together to trigger the Big Board Bucks Bonus, providing players with property prizes, cash bags, and a spin on the GO Jackpot Wheel.

"Being a part of the grand unveiling of Monopoly Big Board Bucks at G2E reinforces our decision to partner with Aristocrat Gaming to bring fresh, bold ways to connect our brand to adult audiences," said Claire Hunter Gregson, director of gaming relationships at Hasbro. "We are so excited to see the game hit casino floors and bring the Monopoly brand to life in a new way."

The slot will be available on Aristocrat's Baron Portrait cabinet with new configuration options, debuting in casinos across North America early next year.

Hasbro expands into global gambling market

Hasbro's collaboration with Aristocrat builds on a larger effort in July to extend its entertainment properties into gambling and casino gaming. The company's new approach focuses on transforming established brands like Monopoly, Yahtzee, and Battleship into high-performing casino content.

Its collaborations include Aristocrat for on-land slots, Evolution for online slots and live casino features, and Galaxy Gaming for branded table games. It also partners with Bally's, whose digital integrations are across all its online platforms.

These collaborations harmonize Hasbro's brand name with customers' operational coverage worldwide.

Branded casino gaming continues to grow

The expansion into branded casino gaming aligns with broader trends in the gambling industry. In August, Aristocrat's social casino division, Product Madness, introduced NFL Super Bowl Slots. It's the first free-to-play social casino game licensed by the NFL.

Developed in collaboration with the NFL and its players' association, the game enables players to select any of the league's 32 teams, as well as access NFL Films footage and game highlights.

Released on iOS and Android, the game is the sequel to Aristocrat's previous NFL-brand licensed slot machine released in 2023. The new release is an expansion of Aristocrat's sports and entertainment licensing plan, reaching into the burgeoning social casino market.
