Many from Europe’s victorious Ryder Cup team are making the trip back home to play in the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship.

The first three rounds of this tournament rotate between three courses: the Old Course at St. Andrews, Carnoustie, and Kingsbarns Golf Links. The fourth and final round is then contested once again at St. Andrews.

Below, I break down the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship odds at Fanatics and highlight two outright picks, two prop picks, and one first-round pick for the week.

Golf picks for the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship 2025

  • Fleetwood to win outright (+550)
  • Fitzpatrick to win outright (+1100)
  • Hatton Top 10 (+105)
  • Penge Top 20 (-105)

Alfred Dunhill Links Championship outright picks

Outright pick: Tommy Fleetwood
+550 at Fanatics

Tommy Fleetwood is the tournament favorite, and for good reason. He's far and away the best player in this field, and I’d argue he’s currently the second-best golfer in the world.

Fleetwood is coming off victories at both the Ryder Cup and the TOUR Championship, and there’s little reason to believe he’ll slow down anytime soon. He also finished third in this event last year and was the only golfer to shoot 68 or lower in all four rounds.

Outright pick: Matt Fitzpatrick
+1100 at Fanatics

Speaking of the Ryder Cup, Matt Fitzpatrick was one of the best players on Team Europe. He finished third on the team in total strokes gained, trailing only Fleetwood and Justin Rose.

Fleetwood is already covered above, and Rose will not be making the trip this week. Additionally, Fitzpatrick won this event in 2023.

Alfred Dunhill Links Championship prop picks

Finishing position pick: Tyrrell Hatton Top 10
+110 at Fanatics

Tyrrell Hatton has been a staple at this event. Not only did he win last year, but he's claimed victory here three times over the past eight editions.

He arguably has the highest floor of anyone in the field, which is why I find more value in this finishing-position market than the outright one. Hatton is rightly trailing Fleetwood in the outright market, but there should be no question that he’ll at least be in contention on Sunday.

Finishing position pick: Marco Penge Top 20
-105 at Fanatics

Marco Penge has established himself as one of the top performers on the DP World Tour. He enters this week in excellent form, having made the cut in each of his past six starts.

Over that stretch, Penge has posted four Top-13 finishes, including a win at the Danish Golf Championship. He missed the cut at this event last year, but that was his first time playing in this tournament, and he’s a much better player now than he was at that time.
