Jeff has clearly stated many times that you use the closing line from 5 dimes. You take the dog at +1.5 (in today's case if Cincy closes as the dog then the alternative +1.5 run line will have to be used).
Currently Pitt is sitting as the favorite at -113, so Reds Alt +1.5 would be the play

Go to post #995 and read. Jeff clearly says you take the dog (based on ML) and play them +1.5 (which in some cases may be an alternative run line).
