People.. before you post anymore idiotic dumb-ass stupid comments.. go back and read the beginning of the thread instead of jumpin into page 10 or 11 and shooting your mouth off.
Learn how to read and understand how a System works before you make any bigger fools of yourselves..

I am trying to understand this system better. By my numbers, if you bet $200 every game on the RL (for this hypothetical, assume the RL pays out even for each game which I know it doesn't but is pretty close when betting the biggest favorite of the night) and you are 46-1, you would be down $3,400 and would need to win the next 17 system playes to get back to even.
What am I missing?
Thanks for the help.

To quote from the thread starter: The Labouchere system can be used with the Run Line Blitz system just as with any other system. I like the system because you risk less than the double up system. As with all of the systems I play, I currently start a Labouchere line bet to win with about .002% of my bankroll. Thats less than half a percent, however, I am using a bankroll that is over six figures. I wouldn't suggest using any more than 1%, preferably 0.5% for chase systems. The key to my profits is to make very small gains. These small gains add up over a month to a very nice profit.

Prof8t also stated that he split his losses up with individual plays.
Systems are never a given especially chase ones so you need to money manage with your normal tactics and then you can certainly make a profit.
In addition, I've begun to institute splitting plays once it gets to a Game C or a Game D. The chances of two big favorites both losing or winning by 1 in a day is smaller and if you win one lose one, the $ basically means that you're re-chasing that day again (push).

You could also split the chase line. Instead of chasing for 6 games, you could chase for three each. Your line on a 6-game chase would resemble something like this:
1-2-4-8-16-32 = 63 units
Your line on two chases of three games will look something like this:
(Line 1)1-2-4
(Line 2)1-2-4 Total of 14 units
While the numbers are not exact, you can see the difference in units if a loss occurs. This example also assumes that you are using a double up money management system. The labouchere would show different results.

Gentlemen: Good morning. Being new to this, please allow a question or two. In the above 3 game chase system, am I assuming correctly you would pick the biggest 2 favorites of the day @ the RL? .and would you continue the series until both sides of the system play(s) are decided, then start a new series? Thank you.

No. You are still only playing one team per day on the line. You are simply breaking up the line into two pieces instead of one long one.

Thank you. It's 3 game chase system back to back, vs. 6 straight? i.e. 1, 2, 4, 1, 2, 4. So, at game "D" you would wager 1 unit, with a series total up to this point of wagers equaling 8. Thanks again.
