Yes NBA for sure is not as much of a team game anymore. They turn it into an ISO one-on-one game too much. And get away with too much that they didn't used to allow. But for sure have some talented guys.

My daughter plays highschool basketball and I will say I saw so many girls that rattled me in tournaments this year in terms of how great their fundamentals were. Coaching is obviously a big help. My daughters team had no girls who play basketball outside of school, bunch of soccer players and few track stars but coach got them to commit to playing good defensive. It was fun to watch.
