Got a massive hunk of beef, packed with fresh rosemary and garlic, coarse salt and pepper flake mix, gonna sear it and pop it in a hot oven.  At least I know I got stuff to drink with that. an_tongueout

 Just from the grocery store, it says "cab striploin" whatever that means, but it's $33, which is quite pricey for here, it's thick though.
