I should have stuck with my gut. Washington playing terrible. 

beating up on a garbage team and then transition to face a good one is almost always a death knell.

 I honestly think Washington +8.5 and under 54 is the play, but I’ve been getting smoked on unders and teasers lately.

Because they were completely irredeemable last week, it was exceptionally bad. Why would you want to back a garbage team when there are so many higher EV options?

Lions also got trounced in week 1, at least that bounce back play has some rational reason why it could happen. 

The Dolphins lost their last game by almost 4 touchdowns. The patriots are having their own issues, this is going to be a slop fest where anything could happen but at -1.5 I’d be more likely to fade the dolphins, than back them. 

your money though, anything is possible.

Not sure if you are being sarcastic. These are probably two of the better teams in the NFC this year, so you’d think it’d be close either way. 

I’d tend to lean GB and by more points, but I think this would be a no-bet game at 7+

 Washington beat the giants by about the same amount that GB beat the lions. 

The Giants are absolutely horrible, and the lions are almost entirely the same team they were last year - but obviously didn’t get a great start. 

you can make a case either way but Washington had it easy last week and they still had some issues.

 Idk this is another hard one. GB clapped the lions who are a powerhouse of a team that is largely unchanged YOY. 

The commanders beat the giants by the same amount, and the giants are god-awful. 

GB is set up for a letdown game, but Washington is running headfirst into a wall after a freebie.

 Plus there’s always something screwy that happens. Especially in the prime time slot. 

on one hand, I don’t know how they could possibly keep any kind of mass orchestration quiet - on the other hand just look what happened to the ravens last week. Huge lead and a couple of absolutely bizarre coaching decisions, and the game drops back to the spread in minutes in Q4.

I still haven’t decided if the Ravens actually losing at the end helps or hurts that argument. They barely stopped a drive all night, there was a 90%+ chance the Bills get the next possession back into FG territory. They literally could have given Henry the ball and had him lay down, and convert the 4th and 2.  

At a minimum, that coaching staff should be gone. There’s too much raw talent on that team for that kind of BS.

 Punting would have been the right call if they had been able to stop drives - but that was a mess all night. They pretty much lost the game right there. 

I swear, these prime time games are all like a magnet to the line. You bad all that scoring and then a couple of bad calls turns a 15+ point lead into a complete reversal. It’s totally ridiculous.

sucks for Henry, great game and basically close it out on a fumble that turned the game over.

 Idk what you do there. Book says punt but if you give up the ball, high probability they get in field goal range and you’re screwed.
