Hey covers support, I haven’t received the GC that I won 3 months ago… it was supposed to be sent 3 weeks ago, in addition I emailed for an update but no response from covers media.

You didn’t say anything wrong, and I agree it’s very frustrating right now because for the past weeks the site it’s being a total mess.

AI is not working here, I haven’t even received an email for placing 8th in mlb reg season and neither the $25 amazon GC prize…

Fortunately the site is free for us but it’s frustrating.

I forgot, I’ve also a pending nhl play since Thursday Oct 10.  (Five days frozen)

I’m not able to make the survivor daily play because it’s frozen since Monday, my play hasn’t been  completed in two days. 

Did covers send the MLB Season Leaderboard prizes for the top ten winners? Because I haven’t received the $25 amazon GC or email about this…??
