is there a way to see/change a pick limit per week for an office pool? I am pretty sure I set it to 10 a week but wanted to check before I sent out invites. Is there any way to check that?

Is there any way to change my username? I would like to change it without creating a new account so I can keep my history/completed picks.

 Still incorrect for me. October 24th games across our pool haven’t been graded. Specifically Syracuse-Pitt.

There is a user in my office pool that is having an issue logging into his account. Here is his story 

“I entered the wrong email address when I started. I miskeyed and put IN instead of ON in my last name. Tried to correct it and thought it was fixed. It went to update it and change my which I did and it sends me the email but will not accept password. It may have saved the wrong password or wrong email address.”

Why in the world is the biggest CFB game of the season not available to pick yet in office pools?

The user was Rhino48 in Sylacaugas 2024 College Football pool 

I had a participant in one of my office pools say he made picks a couple weeks ago that didn’t go in, I would be willing to bet he didn’t submit but didn’t know if y’all could check somehow. 

covers staff, can we get a response on this? It is a problem for one the participants in our office pool as well. 

I guess I am going to have to beg for a response again. It makes zero sense that there are more games available to pick on September 28th than this Saturday. I'd like for this to get fixed. Lots of issues so far this season. 

Why are there games available to pick that are 4 weeks in advance? There are lines on games on September 28th and we couldn’t even get the Alabama game yesterday.

 Is there any reason why there are games through the end of September available for our pool to pick? That has never been the case in the 10+ years we have used Covers. 

There are also several games available multiple weeks in advance. That is an issue I haven't seen before.
