The proclamations reduced the Bears ?Ears National Monument to 121,100 acres (49,000 hectares) from 1.36 million acres, and cut the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument to 181,500 acres from 1.87 million acres.

Now the natural resources can be extracted and the lands will be commercialized and harmed so some corps can make money off of this and the government can charge fees and royalties for doing so.

Problem is battleships are obsolete in modern warfare for 3 reasons. Missiles can reach targets further than artillery. Small destroyers and submarines can deliver greater firepower at lower cost. Big ships are vulnerable targets. Ukraine war shows how drones, missiles and boats can stop Russian superior navy.
