Yes, this is true, both of these voting blocs vote in huge numbers.  Question is, how many MORE seniors and women are going to vote in '24 vs. '20 ??  If you are projecting based on the outcome of 2020 between these very same two candidates, what percentage of seniors and woman are expected to vote in in this election that DIDN'T vote in 2020?  For voting seniors this percentage can't be very high, I mean, if you voted in 2020 as a senior you most likely voting again in 24.  If you didn't then what is going to all of a sudden make you go vote now. 

Women, that is a completely different dynamic. You have the newly minted voting aged woman to go along with the reproductive rights issue.  You get an influx of new woman voters and the possibility of woman who previously never voted coming to vote based on this issue. 

So you have these dynamics then you have to consider those who voted "against Trump" by way of Biden last time around.  What percentage of this population is going to flip to Trump this time around ?? 

All good things to consider for projecting this upcoming November's results.....CNN just had a segment on the electoral votes projection.  That was interesting in how they projected such a landslide for Trump, like 330 electoral votes.  That's nuts, those are Obama 2012 numbers.  It's only July, so much can & will happen in the next 16 weeks.  

Nonsense.  These blocs vote as they always vote.  This is an issue that will sway only a very, very small number of women one way or the other.  The Left and the Media just keeps it stirred up to make sure they try get as many to the booth as possible.  Same, with SS --old folks already have their minds made up how they are going to vote on this issue.  The issues that matter the most will be the ones that sway all blocs the most and will be more likely to determine each election -- abortion is simply not one of them.

Yes, this is my point.  HOW many new or changed voters are they expecting in the woman and senior category?   Enough to flip a former Trump State?  Or just enough to keep one of the swing States?  

None of this really matters as it is the swing States that hold the power.  Georgia, Arizona, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Michigan.  Biden isn't flipping any of Trump's 2020 States so this is what it comes down to.  It's over for Jeo if he loses more than one, if not only one, of these States.

I don't think it's the ugliest. I think it's those that are just past, or nearly past their baby making age. I just don't think this issue resonates with the youth as it did with previous generations, regardless of what polls say. It's all identity politics, and the youth are learning to avoid such traps. Just like a young African-American is less likely to vote with his race, hence you see rappers openly endorsing Trump, career suicide a couple decades ago, young women are less likely to vote with their cooch. This whole, "It's your decision! This is a war on your body!" lands more with a 44 year old chick who was alive during the identity politics of the 80's and 90's, and not far removed from the 60's and 70's. In the mind of a 24 year old, the response is, "Who's to say i'm even going to let some rando douche bag whom i've just met pop off inside of me to even necessitate an abortion? Who's to say I even like dudes? Who's to say i'm even focusing on romatic couplings? I'm focused on graduate school."

By trying to make abortion some huge issue with women, you relegate them to being a vagina. It's just like relegating an African American to being just that. And the youth's minds aren't compartmentalized in that way.
