Today a reporter asks Joe Biden; Why is Trump leading in the polls if he is a threat to democracy as you say?" Biden has made the idea of Trump being a threat to democracy a theme of his 2024 reelection election campaign.
Biden's answer to the reporter; "Because guys like you."
The reporter asked, "What am I doing? Come on, Mr. President!"
A frustrated Biden turned around with his hands up; "I’m teasing, man. I’m teasing."
Biden has blamed his low approval ratings on press coverage in the past, while campaign officials also reportedly met with major newspapers recently to pressure them for better coverage.

Biden can't remember the word HAMAS today stumbling and stumbling until he says, "Ahhhh, opposition" at which point a member of the media, of course, helped him out and said Hamas.
This guy ain't gonna make it to the finish line. Time for him to disappear for 9 months.
Even the media outlet Telegraph edited his stumbling as best they could.

Special Counsel Robert Hur's report on Joe Biden's mishandling of classified documents released today , and radio silence here 
"We have also considered that , at trial , Mr. Biden would likely present himself to a jury , as he did during our interview of him , as a sympathetic , well-meaning , elderly man with a poor memory."
Basically Biden was found to be too senile to stand trial , but he is fine to run the country , and run for 4 more years.
Quote from Hur's report :

Joint statement from the Speaker of the House Mike Johnson , House Majority leader Steve Scalise , GOP Majority Whip Tom Emmer regarding the Special Council report :
The Special Counsel’s finding that President Biden ‘willfully retained and disclosed classified materials’ and engaged in practices that ‘present serious risks to national security’
is deeply disturbing. Not only does it demonstrate the President’s recklessness, but exposes a two-tiered system of justice that is indicting one President with politically
motivated charges while carrying water for another amid similar allegations. Among the most disturbing parts of this report is the Special Counsel’s justification for not
recommending charges: namely that the President’s memory had such ‘significant limitations’ that he could not convince a jury that the President held a ‘mental state of
willfulness’ that a serious felony requires. A man too incapable of being held accountable for mishandling classified information is certainly unfit for the Oval Office.

Yet in this instance, prosecutors say, Biden could have plausibly believed that the notebooks were his personal property and belonged to him, even if they contained classified information.
In an interview with prosecutors, the report said, Biden was emphatic with investigators that the notebooks were “my property” and that “EVERY PRESIDENT BEFORE ME HAS DONE THE EXACT SAME THING." (Except Biden was not a president when most those docs were taken)

As usual republicans leave out the fact where Biden is the one that initiated this by calling TPTB as soon as he found them, turning them over and cooperating with the investigation. They’ve been saying this since the very first time that they announced that Biden and Pence had some documents in their private residences. But Fox News and the faithful MAGA patriots of covers memory’s are as poor as Trumps cabinet about events on January 6th 2020 !
I have a feeling that the differences are irrelevant for a different reason: there will be a conservative pivot to this absolute proof that Biden is mentally unfit to be President, and the lack of prosecution will be secondary to this. I’m already seeing it! Nothing could make me happier than 2 new vibrant candidates for President 2025 ! I’m sure if ask nicely President O Bama would donate 4 more years of his life !

Biden never found his documents, staff at the Penn Center found them and the search was on. There was NO INVESTIGATION, BIDEN'S LAWYERS BEGAN SEARCHING. Biden's lawyers said; to the best of their knowledge all documents were turned over." Then the FBI found more.

FACT: Biden willfully retained classified documents.
FACT: SPECIAL COUNSEL SAID BIDEN HAS MEMORY PROBLEMS. COULD NOT REMEMBER WHEN HIS SON DIED.
When I saw he got so fucking angry about that statement he reminded me of my own father when his elderly mind failed him and when confronted he would go ballistic.
