Covers does have responsibility over the content of the posts.

Neil followed very low pro games, he was always betting crazy conference games, but he had so much info you wouldnt think he was telling the truth. He knew his stuff. He was without a doubt the BEST capper on this site, and like the sickos on here he took days off, he was actually smart, he had a wife and kids which he referred to many times on here, we can only hope they are ok with this.
I legit dont even know this guy and im getting teary eyed, Ive been on covers for years, certain cappers just no each other and this is a BIG HIT. I feel awful, Im legit drinking taking shots for a guy I never met just due to the fact what a class act he was.
