I do not have the time. I come home from work after working long hours and then the commuting time exacerbates it. Our system is DESIGNED to suppress votes, that why they only allow ONE day and close the polls right around the time the normal person would just be finishing dinner.

A deep blue state resident can leisurely enjoy their dinner, avoid those with intense body odor and do something for their betterment, like research or go to the gym.

If you want to wait in line to pull a lever in a gym underneath a basketball hoop in a deep blue/red state be my guest.

I spent that time wisely for my betterment. You're a fool to think otherwise and you do, and this is not out of character. The symbolic nature of your vote means nothing if you already understand your state's voting tendencies, which you don't.

Why do you think people don't vote? Do you think it's because of apathy or laziness?

It's not.

It's because of the electoral college. Their vote is not only watered down, it's rendered meaningless. Because the electoral college makes your vote count from a state level, not an individual level.

The individuality of voting is nonexistent and therefore, people don't vote.

I feel like I'm Anton Chigur here talking to the gas station owner saying "You don't even know what you are talking about do you".

You don't even understand the electorate on any meaningful level.

Your remedial understanding does not insult me nor does it qualify for anything more than showing how you think, and that is at a very basic level.

Look at capping games: Where are your games? Where are your caps? Your write-ups?

There are none.

I've littered this site with hundreds and hundreds of write-ups. And I win.

Why? I think beyond the surface-level.

I'd agree with you until Wisconsin was lost. Your thnking showed why this state went Red for the first time in 8 elections. Nobody ever thought it could turn Red except Trump supporters. Not even the Trump team thought they had a chance. You never know.

I know. Wisconsin was up for grabs before the election. My states odds were -2200. Were not going red at -2200. This doesn't even speak to how I understand where I live.
