I read the title of the thread, nothing else. 

To comment on the original question...I've wondered the same thing.  I know for fact that a couple of guys have gotten banned, created an alias and continue to post to this day.

Mods aren't perfect, but I can tell you that if one of my managers took it upon themselves to take something to a personal level like that I would not take it lightly.....People of this stature are to be of a different level and act of a different way and bees conducted himself in the lowest of aimlow status' you could possibly go.....
 
CT should have chimed in here with their thought, but I see that is not going to happen......It seems as though the powers that be have forgotten that this is still a business each day......
