I always remember when the battle for the 8 seed comes down in this situation (which is like twice over the past 5 seasons) - THE BIGGER TELEVISION MARKET TEAM ALWAYS WINS.
I guess this is Sterns way of keeping the playoffs interesting - because nobody wants to see the Bosh-less Raptors vs the Cavs. They would rather see a team that split the meetings during the regular season (Bulls). Also the Bulls are still fresh in everyone's mind from the Chicago/Boston Series last year - a series people would PAY to see again.

I agree.. I don't tail, but I do enjoy the writeups .. Sammy is usually right on the games, but I only use him for Fade material if he's on a winning streak... I just wish he would use a more believable Money Management System.. Betting 15k on a game is hard to believe sometimes..then comes back and plays a more realistic 500 dollars a game just doesn't make much sense to me.. But defiantly makes Covers enjoyable at times..

I am in a slump, 2 game losing streak, hey it happens, you think I could continue to be the best in the west all the time. I am still the best capper I know, but these last 5 games of the regular season are not worth betting. I take responsibility for that, hey I just lost 1,100. And my second play for 2,200, the Blazers are playing well enough to win. but you really think I will lose the big game tonight in Toronto? at least this game means something to both teams, winner has the big one game lead with 2 more remaining. My play for that game is Toronto Raptors ML at + 125.
risking 5,000 to win a bundle! you all can do the math. I feel 100% with this play. Good luck to everybody, see you all later, Sammy the all time one and only creature that nobody can ignore.
