I have a question.

If someone tells me they have a stock tip for me.  That the stock is going to jump from .05 to 1.00 over the course of a few weeks.  And that person got the information from someone who knew the release of info from a company.....

Am I doing anything illegal if I borrow 50k to invest in this stock?

True, but I know the person giving me the tip.  I don't know the people he is getting the information from, or how, or why. 

But I do trust him enough to know that I'm going to make money on this.  I just want to know if its legal/ethical....

He does this every once in a while.  I've never gotten involved, but ...I know hes legit.

I came on here to ask a simple question.  Whether something was legal/ethical.

What does it matter what name I use?  Aren't all screen names just an alias?
