Sure it will. And people will say, "why did we wait so long to legalize and tax a substance that is readily available to anyone who wants it." It's the American way.
Smoking marijuana will never be legal

Thorpe, trust me on this. The science, knowledge, and tools it takes to grow medical quality high grade are a lot. You cant beat dispensary quality. I’m a customer for life.
Redbook1 I saw first take and I was screaming at the TV this morning. The bullshit thats been repeated and proven false over and over again was frustrating to hear, it was an insult to all the people who benefit from its medicinal qualities.
And to all those that say you cant go to jail for weed,
87 people an hour are arrested for weed in the US. That means 87 people an hour get a criminal record for this shit.

Weed will soon be legal everywhere. And all the sheep that have become slaves of propaganda (gateway, addiction, etc) will hopefully shut up. And even if they don't, nobody will be listening anyways.

There are other factors as well. How much money would the government save as a result of a drop in crime rate? The drop in alcoholism? The drop in medical costs? All of these would be a direct result of the end of prohibition. It's my belief that cannabis use would gradually increase, and with that, I think we'd see a drop in alcohol consumption. I realize a lot of that is speculative, however, I think it's still relevant to the discussion.

just saw an episode of 'dragnet' on antenna tv that was so on topic. friday and gannon were moralizing about mj to a timothy leary-type, and the guy says how famous he is and that he's an expert, and that mj is no worse than alcohol.
friday says, "don't tell ME you're an expert. i'm the expert here. i see it in the streets everyday. marijuana is the flame, heroine is the fuse, and lsd is the bomb".

Even if it's not legal, a city's police force can choose to look the other way and not make arrests for personal possession. Happens all the time in several states.

It seems that freedom of choice means nothing to you. Also you clearly don't realize the TRILLION dollar industry that hemp can create and the millions of jobs as a result.
Eric Holder has been silent which makes you wonder. I don't know if the feds will step in or not. Time will tell. I do know that states should have their own rights and I do know that denying the people the RIGHT to possess and use cannabis for medical or recreational purposes is a violation of the 14th amendment. Ask yourself how something could be a crime when there's no victim. And why should the government be able to deny it's citizens of their choice of medicine or food? I should be able to put into my body anything I choose. The prohibition of drugs (all drugs) is so damn dumb and unconstitutional. Not to mention it never has worked, and never will.
Lol, the garbage people say online. Its like they just make shit up and decide to go online and post it
