PV, you got a problem with some of your math.

For example, you say that going 1-1 gives you the following potential outcomes:

(25% chance of winning both, 75% chance of breaking even or winning, 25% chance of losing)

This statement about 75% chance of breaking even or winning is flat out incorrect unless you are playing nothing but positive juice plays.

In actuality, assuming you are wagering -110 odds, going 2-0 would leave you +2 units, 1-1 would be -0.1 units, and 0-2 would be -2.2 units.

I think you know this -- why are you not presenting it this way?

Even if you average -103 odds, which would be pretty good, 1-1 would still result in a loss for the day.

Powerade .. the main reason I kept the thread is to document my run and have one neutral place to come too each day since I am posting on a bunch of forums it would be annoying to have to post a new thread everyday.

I know that 1-1 day leaves you - money but like 5-10$ if your betting 100$ a game .. I look at 1-1 as the same category as drawing even. Nothing substantial won, nothing substantial lost.

pitt you are 80%...great.  People are not starting shit b/c jealousy.  people, at least me, are just stating that the sample size is too small.  fact of the matter is that there could be 5000 covers members (I actually have no idea).  And if every single person started this 2 posts a day at the same time you did, and started throwing darts at who to bet on, there would be about 300(guessing without doing the probability/std deviation calc) of you who are in the same group as you. 

It reminds me of an old handicappers trick which is now illegal where someone gets 5000 emails and sends 2500 people to play chicago and 2500 people to play philly.  philly wins so he only sends his next play to those 2500 people but advises 1250 on team A and 1250 on team B.  you run this scenario 8 or 9 times and you will come to a handful people who have gotten 10 straight perfect winners.  now let me ask you, won't those people pay big monies for the 11th prediction?  and the scamster has not done anything of value.  i dont mean to insult you by insinuating that you are doing this, but rather to point out why people might be skeptical.  i'm not trying to suggest that you throw darts when choosing winners.  all i AM saying is that for me, the sample size is too small, and for ME the quality of posts that UNC and bator post are superior to yours.

Pitt you are the Man! been following your picks the past 2 weeks and have made a small profit as I am a small player just 25-30 a game used to bet big $1,000 a game and got in a deep hole so I no longer can do that biggest I do now is $100-$200.
