Well action or inaction on this infraction will make a statement about the new policy and tolerance allowed, as I am not totally sure myself on the new policy.

Nothing personal as you make absolutely no difference to me, but people who are ignorant and post hate and intolerance based upon gender, sex, race, color or sexual orientation are offensive and should be dealt with severely.

It's certainly not my call. I just respect and agree with Rizzo's strong stance that he announced recently about such intolerance and I support it 100%.

Doesn't have to be banning but time in the box is the minimum penalty according to the rule:
