Yesterday's Giants vs Dodgers game has 51K in attendance..Sold out...Noone was wearing a mask in the stands...So they allow all these unknown unvaccinated fans in attendance that may have covid that can possible spread the virus to the ball players yet the ball players have the constant tested for Covid...WTF...How retarded is that...Either we are 100% open or NOT...Can't make up your own rules...
Sure you can. If I owned a bussiness and sent a employee to someone house and let's say the state is 100% open I can still reguire my employee to wear a mask while in the house of a customer , if the employee chooses not to then he does not work that day or get payed, his choice.
I could also reguire employees to get tested if they were constantly going into multiple houses on a daily basis as long as company pays.
If I don't have work he is willing to do then he needs to stay home and not get payed.
I can have that policy if I think it benefits everyone involved and makes my company look professional, that is my company not the employees company, I'll decide that not an employee. No you cannot. Employers cannot require an employee to get the COVID shot. It’s medical privacy. Name me 1 company that is requiring a COVID vaccine to be employed or you get fired? That company will be sued. I believe some hospitals or universities tried to implement this but then backed off..
