You need to quit talking about it and do something though. 

Go to small claims court.   You don't even need a lawyer for that.   I won $5000 from an auto accident that wasn't my fault one time.  All you do is fill out a form and pay a small fee.   And then the cops serve the papers and you show up in court on the day.  You apparently know where he lives.

The "good old days" when a degenerate would drive all over New York state to find an open race track on Easter weekend then vent about them all being closed. 

loved, loved going to otb when i lived in nyc......every degenerate should go to one at least once in their lives.....there was one in the financial district right where i worked, pearl st i believe, not there anymore.....we would go at lunch, then run next door to the blarney stone and throw back 6 beers then go back to work.....not to mention the coke and weed
