This Marquette game really feels "manipulated" to correspond to the odds for both spread and total...majority of bets were surely on the over, at the 11min mark they were live ingame at 181.5 o/u...then the refs swallowed their whistles and turned off the magnets in the the rims...

So, like I mentioned a few days ago the Denver Nuggets are approaching Dubs-like 3rd quarter dominance.  I just went back and added up the record and they are:

classic fading down the stretch for Marquette.....they didn't have the legs in their jump shots and it showed.  One of their worst shooting performances.

Looks like people caught on to the soft rims in Maui... VCU total was bet up 8.5 points.   ND/LSU only up 2 points from opening though.

Eyeballing Chaminade +17...maybe a stretch by me on this angle, but historically Chaminade has played their best game in this event on game #3...obviously they get smacked around here year after year, but its not a longshot here to expect Cal to bring very little to this game from a motivational aspect...sure they should easily win this game, but to be expected to cover 17 is still alot of points, and Chaminade chucks alot of 3s which always are scary for a backdoor cover with Cal playing with likely very little defensive intensity if they ever flirt with a 20pt lead in the 2h....

no thoughts on this one PB as I don't know much about Chaminade.   But, trust your gut.
