If they don't want me here I'm not going to lose any sleep over it anyway.  Bigger fish to fry, in real time.   Maybe I'll get banned for overuse of emoticons in this post.

        Thanks for the encouragement guys, except Sully.  Thanks for the insults.

       #1.    Glad I was willing to risk paying the extra juice in the Thursday night game.  My condolences to all that didn't.

       #2.    Ducks are a power house on offense, and very under  rated on defense. I said in someone else's thread that I hoped ASU could at least get to 21 points.  They did, but the Ducks failed to come out of the locker room in the 2nd half again.  Which leads to #3;

       #3.     Added the over in the Oregon game, it looked like a winner, but once again the Ducks played with ASU like a cat does a mouse, and didn't kill them, just batted them around. I went to sleep shortly after the 1rst half, thinking if ASU can get to 21, it's a winner.  Never imagined a zero out of them second half.

       #4.  I've got two plays in the Sat. Penn St game still alive, I'll probably add a few games to that and keep track in this thread.  I'm a little concerned that it's a night game, 8:00 at Iowa, but at the same time it's Iowa, you know what I'm saying.  Not like it's at MSU, Wisc, or even the Shoe.  Still it's a road game, in a hostile environment, at night. Still like my play on the under.  Hopefully if they lose it's only by a fg, that would help both plays.

                         BOL  and keep the faith

      Thanks wmi.   Yeah if Penn St can come through for me, maybe I'll request the prison garb full time.  Lucky charm, so to speak. I understand that the rule of the Box is anything goes, but the discretion of CT to set a standard for some and not for all seems stupid.  Overall the mods don't seem to take that position, but CT seems to be above everyone else, and sets their own rules as the game's being played.   All I can picture when those faceless guys make a call is the scene from The Wizard of Oz where the old dude gets caught behind the curtains, acting all powerful until he's exposed, by Dorothy and her troupe.   They keep saying " Grow up guys" yet certain posters continue with their juvenile crap.  Fuck it, water over the bridge, whatever those perverted posters want to post doesn't affect my bets, my life, or who I am, in the real world.

       That would be true if my sperm count wasn't so low from shooting goo all over your wife's face.  Don't feel left out pal,  she says she saves it for you, gravy for your dinner, your favorite flavor.

       Adding a half unit on UConn tonight, call it my action play.

       Write up as follows;

         UConn's catching 5 pts. and I hardly ever bet a favorite giving 5.  That number just sucks and never seems to cover.   Syr 24-20 is fine with me.  Good shit huh?

    Hey Sully! Friday night! I bet you are pumped to get with your posse and go see Frankenweenie! Sounds like you kids will have some fun. Behave!

    You said you were also going to A.C. the first of the week? You must have some heavy rain coming your way? I know you like to call in sick when it rains. Or snows. Or too much heat. Or hell even if it is gloomy.

    Anyways, why A.C.? You can tell from your post you don't gamble. Your propensity about talking cock and trannys all the time tells me a big convention is in town and these services can make you some cash!

    222 - On UConn and the over! BOL

    Cyrax       wmi      Nice hit on the over last night.

       My little action bet on UConn didn't work out quite as planned, as I got so disgusted I didn't even watch most of the game. I have to stop betting on TV games just for the sake of action.

       Moving forward;

          Two early games and I'm risking extra juice in both to at least get back to key numbers.   One on the road and one home, both chalk.

            LSU  -3~~~~~~~   - 120~~~~~~~~~~ 2 units

            Clemson -7~~~~   - 125~~~~~~~~~~~2 units

      A couple other games on the radar, so I'll be back around mid day if I play any others.

       Just got home and missed out on a couple of games I wanted to play, one already started  Louisville, and the other Ore. St. The Ore. St. line's 10 to me, and I don't like it enough to take it at that line.

       Penn St still pending and the under in that game also.  Glad I took that game early, the lines down to +1 1/2 for me.  Kind of like the way that line's gone.

       Turns out I didn't need to buy the half in the Clemson or LSU  game, but felt more comfortable with the crutch.  Two more plays, both dogs, and I'll call it a night, maybe;

         Middle Tenn St ~~~~~  +18 ~~~~~~~~~1 unit

         Wyoming ~~~~~~~~~  +17 ~~~~~~~~~1 unit

      This threads been pretty good to me so far, so if the night goes like I hope, tomorrows NFL plays will be here.  Hope everyone's getting that cash.

       Not a good ending to an otherwise profitable day,  only going 3-3 on Saturday,  yet still showing a 1.7 unit profit.  Hit both 2 unit bets, thank God.   The last two underdog bets were selections from my golf, slash gambling partner, and it's good thing he played well yesterday and made us some money on the links.   It didn't offset the amount I lost on those two games, but almost half.  Let's just say he's a much better golf partner then a handicapper.  I might just have to start another Fade Friend thread with his plays

       Only one game, NFL so far and I'm coming back for more of the Saints.  Brees is #2 in TD's in the NFL and T.B. has the 31st ranked pass offense.  Yeah I know N.O. stinks but the Bucs have over achieved and I expect them to start their trip back to earth today. I'll probably add the over in that game, plus another game or two by kick offs.

       Thanks wmi    you also.

       Two more sides and one total in the early games.;

       Over 49 ~~~~~~~~~~  N.O./Tampa ~~~~~~~~~~  1 unit

       NY Giants ~~~~~~~~~ -6 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 1 unit

       Dallas ~~~~~~~~~~~~ -1 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 1 unit

              Giants are starting to get healthy and the Skins injury report looks like something from a Mash unit. Granted some of the injured players will play, but most were limited in practice, and won't be as effective as if they were 100%.  Giants get Diehl back to help keep Eli on his feet, and RB Brown back to keep the Skins D off balance, plus Hicks.  On defense Canty's back to sure up the D-line, who will have their work cut out chasing RGIII around all day. If he doesn't slide today, his season could be over.  Double revenge for the G-Men from last season and a chance move away from the pack, in the NFC East.

            Felix Jones gets his chance to be the featured back today and I just think he's going to have a huge day against a soft run D for the Panthers, and he's always a dual threat catching passes out of the backfield or in the wildcat.  As long as Jason Garrett can manage the clock at the end a little better I see the Cowboys winning late to try and at least stay in the race for the NFC East.  Who would have thought after their dominating opening game performance against the defending Super Bowl Champion Giants, they'd be at the bottom looking up. Think they start their trip back up today.

             The over in the N.O. game's self explanatory, as both teams don't strike awe in anyone defensively, and live by the deep ball, and the pass, not clock grinding running plays.  The winning team in the high 30's, with New Orleans pulling it out late to try and stop the bleeding.

       Back later with a couple 4:00 games.  BOL  and keep the faith.

      Hugh Jorgan   sighting.   Hope all's well.  I wanted to go to the Friars annual Mal Brown scrimmage last night, but got too tuned up at the golf course yesterday, to make the drive.  Cooley's saying all the right things about team chemistry, but that's yet to be seen under regular season pressure.  Too many individuals last season, and that's not a Cooley coached team's trademark.  Still hoping you're able to make the big in state rivalry game, I'll update as the game gets closer.

       Just got done reading something amd posted in regards to the GB / St Lou. game today, and despite GB giving that dead number -5 on the road, I'm going to take the Pack minus the points.

       Of the six QB's that St Lou. has faced this season, three are rookies, and the other three aren't the most cerebral in the NFL. No wonder their defensive numbers vs. the pass are so skewed. The one team that spread the field on them, Det. had a field day through the air with over 400 yds of passing offense.  Look for Rogers to spread it early and often in a blow out lesson to an over rated defense.  Where are they going to get the offense to keep up.  Steven Jackson?

         Green Bay  ~~~~~~~~~~ -5  ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 1 unit
