If I did that cleanse,,,,I would shit out a license plate,2 plastic diet coke bottles and a copy of Hustler from 1979,,,,,,,,,,,just like when they gut a shark,,,,,,,,,,,,,

My big problem was : I drank a 12 pack of DR. PEPPER'S  every 2 days.  Now I drink 1 20 oz daily ( just spread it out over the day)..
 
I would highly recommend the kellogg's fiber drink.. tastes pretty good and it will definately do the job. 
 
My DOC said drink 2 of them up to 2x a day.  NO MORE..
 
Just one thing.  Make sure you are by a bathroom (no pun intended) the first couple of times.  Until you get used to them.

I only drink coffee because I like the taste... I'm not sure that not drinking it for 10 days will be a problem..

I was drinking about 8 20oz mugs or more a day about 8 months ago, and just quit because I felt like shit every night... Didn't drink any for 2 months, but had to start again because my job suck so  much balls... I needed an excuse to get out of my desk 50 times per day...

One other thing :
 
My DOC also said when doing this kind of stuff-- ALWAYS make sure you're hydrated.  He said having movements like these will de-hydrate your body..

I will definitely check them out beets...

I had my first regular soda in quite some time this week, when woman slipped up and bought regular coke that was on sale.. I don't drink soda very much as it is, but regular especially. It has been a few years since I drank that regularly.

I love diet coke with splenda...

I got thie new coffee from Costco called Ruta Maya... From Mexico...

Organic, and grown by a limited number of farmers and shit...

It is excellent... and price is great...


And yes, I put the maple syrup in... That shit is expensive... I could only find the Grade A stuff, instead of the Grade B you can use just fine...

$7 per day for the 2 of us in just maple syrup, and about $5 for lemons a day...

I dropped 50lbs last year,,,,,,,,,,,I go to a wedding,,,,,,I get up and my friends put more food on my plate,,,,,,,,,,,,

10 days br...

well, more like 10.5 since we started this evening...

But yes, it will be 10 days... then the 11th just orange juice...


We have no edible groceries in the house, so it should be pretty easy not to cheat...

Just oats and milk.. But I'm not sure I want to drink milk anymore after reading the book...
