Game ,,i'm a 5 inning wagerer and to me that is the easiest play as its all about the Starting pitchers,,,,,,,,,,,,i did very well,, much above 60%,,,,,,,,,as i do not need to play every game ,,just the better plays and i don't need to worry about relief pitchers or any thing else ,,,,,,i would love to see your stats on 5 inning play as thats all i'll play this year,,,,,,,,,,,and its a hell of a lot easier and the games are over early,,, also for games that go off later,,you can poss parly a couple to double your win,,,,,,,,,,,

GameHunter, here is something I posted in another thread. These stats
may be partly responsible for the slow starts that you have in April.
+102 to +125 dogs in April over the last 3 years have done as followed (+ and - juice has been factored into each win and loss):
2006: 64-86 -14 units
2007: 54-89 -28.25 units
2008: 91-93 +9.38 units
So if you were to bet all +102 to +125 dogs every April, you would be -32.87 units over the last 3 years.
But overall Gamehunter, I agree with your fundamentals 100%. If you pick and choose your spots properly over the course of an entire season, you will be up more; playing dogs rather than playing favorites.

My goal is to average +105 to +110 in my wagers. That doesn't necessarily mean that I play just underdogs, but you make an excellent point worth considering. Let me also point out something major. When I play 1.5 units on a game that means if I play a dog I'm risking 1.5 units, but if I play a favorite, I am risking 1.5 units multiplied by the line. If I play two favorites at -110 and one dog at +130 and all three hit, my average is +110 on those three bets as the winning favorites are really even money while the dog would hit at +130.

I wish there was a method to my madness. My posting depends on my real life. As a father, my priority is my children and my wife. Yes, handicapping baseball is my number one hobby (age is eroding my ability to spend more time playing hoops, tennis and baseball) and I typically can find a two hours a day to do research, even if it's at 1AM. My posting just depends on how my day and night have gone, my work schedule and at times, I add plays later in the day. Wish I could post at the same time everyday.

Last year he posted regularly before the first day game, and also about the same time (approx 12-1pm) when there is only night games, but like GH mentioned these can (and will) change from time to time.
As for posting throughout his thread, then this can happen if the past posts are anything to go by.
Sorry to jump in for GH, but I am just trying to help out and I'm looking forward to this season as I believe 100 units (or bust) are on offer
