June Jones took a no win Hawaii team to 9 wins his first year. Can he do that with SMU? Doubt it. But SMU is gonna be a team to watch in the near future............

What's your opinion on Marshall's upcoming season?
@WVU and @Wisconsin will probably be losses. We also have tough games scheduled with Cincinatti and @ E. Carolina where it can be tough to play. @UAB also scares me.
I hope we get our swagger back when we were the winningest program in the 90's but Coach Snyder doesn't seem to have that killer instinct that Pruett did.

Marshall is young on offense and not very talented on Dfense. Pruett was a legendary coach and snyder is poor. As usual Marshall plays a tought non conference. I see them losing maybe 8 games.
Rutgers is very strong this year but unfortunately the big east is very tough. The key to Rutgers season is the first two home games vs 2 very good fresno st and unc games. If rutgers is the real deal and they will find a way to win both of those. They are very good at home. If they were on the road those two games I would have them 0 and 2. No way they beat west virginia. I see them winning a maximum of 8 regular season games with losses to wvu cincy and usf for sure.

Georgia / Florida has to be a top 3 game of the year. Moreno Stafford vs Harvin Tebow. I will take Georgia because they have the best strength and conditioning coach and because Uf is still very young and Georgia is very experienced. I hate the gators so this pick is biased.
Mizzou will lose to somebody. They will be even better on defense this year I think. Oklahoma is the best team this year. Okla, Mizzou,TT,Texas,Kansas, Kansas St, OkSt makes this the best Big 12 in its history. Colorado Nebraska and TAMU will be ok this year and they will be even better in the future. Iowa St may be the worst BCS team in the country.

It seems like the hardest thing in the world to do is make a avatar. Somebody said its real easy self explanatory. I sit in my basement and handicap cfb 12 months a year. I don't know how to make avatars. Can someone just put one on there for me? I would like a picture of jimmy superfly snuka on there if somebody would be so kind to do that. thanks in advance.

FYI - Pruett came out of retirement and is now the Defensive Coordinator for the Virginia Cavaliers.
Offensively Cody Slate our Tight End WILL be playing on Sundays. He is down right awsome. Darius Passmore (WR) played much of the season last year with a sports hernia and a torn lateral meniscus. He is back during spring drills and reported to be at 110%. Marc Cann is currently in the lead during Spring Drills for the starting QB position.
We got Albert McClellan (DE & CUSA's 2006 Defensive Player of the Year) back from an injury that kept him out all of last year and this should help our Defense but our DB's will be suspect if they have not improved much.
In a move to shore up his job Snyder cleaned house and fired quite a bit of the coaches at the end of last season so I can only hope that the new coaches have improved the program.
By the way I BLEED GREEN!!

So herd what do you think about this years team? Looking at their schedule I see them losing a lot of games. I mean just based on the number on returning starters you should be a little better than last year but that isn't saying much.
I don't have nebraska's schedule in front of me but I would have to go with under 7 wins because I think it is very unlikely they are able to get 8 wins and can very easily win only 6. They have talented players so that is why it is hard to figure them. They were horrible on d last year and now obviously whole new staff so it will be a helluva job to take an underachieving team and turn it around in only your first year and players not knowing system. Again they have highly recruited players across the roster so they are capable of playing well.

1. Go here: https://www.wwe.com/content/media/images/Superstars/29272/snuka1_profile.jpg
2. Right click on picture with your cursor and select 'save picture as' from the cursor menu. (save it to your pictures area)
3. Just above your post is a 'view space' link...or at the very top of your screen there is a 'my space' link. Go there.
4. Select the 'edit' link which is in the top right corner of your Profile box.
5. Select the 'display photo' button on the right side of your Edit Profile page. (the other option is Display Avatar which is the Covers cartoon character.)
6. Select the 'Browse' link and a window will popup of your files...find the Snuka picture you saved to your photo page and select.
7. Select the 'Save' button on the bottom of your profile page.

If fried shrimp says king is a good player than i believe him.
The east will be won by Uf who has one of the best offenses in the history of football. After listening to meyer and watching them more from last season I think uf is the best team and I now believe they will beat UGA. They have best oline they have had under meyer. They have 5 rbs who are great players. They may have the #1 and #2 offensive players in the nation. The system is great. I don't know how anybody can keep up with them. The only two games with even a possibility of a l on their schedule is at Ut and Uga in Jacksonville.
