If a stranger comes into your house, are you going to offer them a drink and a place to stay? Or are you going to have them arrested or shoot them? My guess is arrested or shot. Why? Because they broke the law, that’s why. The US is my home. I want a list of people entering my home. It is illegal to come to this country without proper documentation. Obtain proper documentation and that person is more than welcome to my home. Too many Americans are getting killed and raped by illegal immigrants. The total is in the thousands. It has to stop.

The land of the free doesn’t mean you can freely enter as you please. It refers to American citizens having the freedom to pursue their life goals and the freedom to make their own choices. If Trump said he wanted to ban the K-K-K or Nazi’s or Bloods or CRIPS, would you have an issue? The US is at war with Islam. There is a group of people responsible for committing 28,835 terror attacks in the last 15 years. That group happens to be Muslims. It’s about safety. It makes sense to protect Americans from Muslims. When will it be OK to ban Muslims? After 30 thousand or 40 thousand attacks? Maybe 50,000 attacks and then liberals will be on the side of common sense? How many more attacks and people have to die before you feel comfortable? So bombing the terrorist group’s money supply bothers you? I don’t even know what to say to that...

    1. Coal miners don’t risk their lives to protect other people lives - stupid analogy. Cops are domestic soldiers. If you feel that way about cops, then you must think US soldiers aren’t heroes. Just stupid.

    2. All police agencies are trying to get cameras for every officer. This is not new. The issue is funding. Believe it or not, but every cop wants body-cams and dash-cams. It protects them.

    3. Every shooting is investigated. Everything an officer does is investigated. The division is called Internal Affairs. An officer already is subject to the same punishment as a civilian, if that officer committed a criminal act.

    You presented nothing new.

Hello. Are Italians killing people? Are Africans killing people? The US has been at war with Islam for the last 40 years. Muslims have killed 270+ million people since Islam was created and the Muslim acts of terrorism clock is now at 28,853. How many more have to die liberals?

First off, nobody's saying not to protect the borders, but building a wall that stretches the entire U.S./Mexico border? What's that going to accomplish? So, all these illegal "rapists and terrorists" are going to walk up to it in the middle of nowhere and just be like

What about the Canadian border? So, what happens when these terrorists start flying into Montreal, Quebec, wherever??? Is Trump proposing some multi-billion dollar epic fail wall along that border too??? The Atlantic? The Pacific? Where does the wall end??? Is there barbed wire on top of the wall like a prison??? Who's maintenancing these walls??? How much more $$$$$ is that going to cost???

..... and once again, someone just posted a thread about an unarmed medical care worker trying to deal with an autistic person that was SHOT BY THE FU##ING POLICE AFTER LYING DOWN ON THE GROUND SPREAD EAGLE!!!!!!

Oh, there's video of it all right - once again - shot by a witness with an iphone. Once again, I'm sure the city, police department, (meaning, taxpayers) will be paying out millions to this guy for his anguish and stress (and rightfully so). Seems to me a couple of Go-Pros would put the kibosh on this behavior by those sworn to "Protect And Serve" the public......

You know, I've given my proposal, what's your solution to these issues??? It's obviously not stopping, I'd really like to hear your thoughts on how America can rectify these a-hole cops "shooting first and asking questions later", and a stupid-azz wall all across America.....

You couldn’t list a single case of a model citizen innocently killed by police. I’ve been a juror on 3 different occasions. The prosecutor and defense both get to pick the jurors. The problem is you live in a fantasy world and are in a permanent state of pure delusion.

Wow. Even Slovak who I regard as the worst most unapologetic bigot on covers doesn't even stoop to this level (wait, he just did by calling this 'common sense').

We can talk about all the cases in detail but for you to say the heart attack was independent of the confrontation and the blatant and illegal chokehold administered by the copin that confrontation then why are we even debating?

You are living in another world.

The medical examiner ruled it a homocide. If it was a homocide, who killed Eric Garner?

Are you saying the medical examiner was lying/making things up and if yes, are you saying a heart attack was unrelated to the choking out of Garner?

Rice can be addressed after that if I deem that you have anything to work with upstairs.

But answer carefully. Because I will not hesitate to embarrass you.

First off, I believe a "homocide" is when a gaye person is killed.
Eric Garners death was ruled a homicide.
Scal, before you claim it was a typo, let me point out you refer to it as a homocide twice. Something you want to share with us, Scal?
I'm beginning to understand all your pent up anger now.
Now who was it you said you were going to embarrass?

Secondly, According to the medical examiner's definition, a homicide is a death caused by the intentional actions of another person or persons, which is not necessarily an intentional death or a criminal death.

In the case of Garner, I'd say that his death was a combination of a 15 second choke hold, and the 4 double cheeseburgers with bacon he had consumed for breakfast the day of his death. The guy was 380lbs. He was not exactly a picture of health, and as such, the mere fact he was resisting arrest could have been enough physical excursion for him to suffer a heart attack

You're gonna have to work through your issues with the g ay community.

You're constantly slandering me and others with hom osexual slurs.

It reminds me of the Orlando Nightclub shooter.

And to be a grammar troll when an iPhone spell-checks with misspelled words. LOL. That's your opening punch as the bell sounds!? This phone can spell-check a word wrong 50 times. Does it matter with regard to anything we're talking about???

Anyhow, I'll be back to embarrass you later. And you will pay...dearly.

You know, I've given my proposal, what's your solution to these issues??? It's obviously not stopping, I'd really like to hear your thoughts on how America can rectify these a-hole cops "shooting first and asking questions later", and a stupid-azz wall all across America.....

So a wall on the U.S./Mexico border is a waste of time, huh. I guess the government should eliminate walls and fences from all prisons. You know, since walls and fences are pointless according to you liberals. What Trump is proposing isn’t just a huge wall. He’s proposing a wall, multiple double fence lines, and a massive high tech security perimeter with cameras, sensors, stadium lighting, surveillance towers and drones.

The cost will be paid for by Mexico. The United States gives Mexico on average about 400 million dollars a year in aid. That money could go towards the protection of Americans. If the United States decided to ban travel to Mexico, if Mexico was to revolt against Trumps plans, the Mexican economy would lose about 4 billion dollars in revenue. The United States is in charge, not Mexico.

The US/Canadian border is already getting vamped up. I’m sure Trump would put a similar focus on the Canadian border as well. The bigger threat to Americans comes from Mexico at this time. Not many criminals or terrorists coming from Alaska, Greenland, and Canada.

I’m not going to address the police shooting of the medical care worker at this time. I’m waiting for all the facts and circumstances to come out.

Every police agency in the country wants body cams. The issue every time is funding. I’m best friends with a police chief and a sheriff. It took them 5 years of complaining to get body cameras. It wasn’t until this year when they got cameras for every officer. Now the problem is how long it will last? Both are tasked with a problem to continually fund the program. It’s going to cost thousands to maintain. The plan is to increase drug busts for more cash confiscations and confiscated property.

My solution is simple - comply with officers! I see nothing wrong with the protocols police use. Police use the Use of Force Continuum and the Totality of the Circumstances Standard. The standards come from U.S. Supreme Court rulings. If police do wrong, internal affairs investigates, and police have to answer to a judge and a jury of reasonable peers for what the officer did.

Embarrass me? Debating you is a piece of cake...

The autopsy from the medical examiner attributed his death to homicide - meaning death at the hands of another party, not murder, in medical parlance - and stated that he died thanks to - compression of neck, compression of chest and prone positioning during physical restraint by police. But the autopsy further noted that Garner died thanks to acute and chronic bronchial asthma, obesity, and heart disease.

The officer was about 5’10 and 180 pounds. Garner was about 6’4 and almost 400 pounds. The thug - with 30+ arrests - was 6 inches taller and 200 pounds heavier. The small in comparison officer was instructed with the huge task to take Garner down. All the officer did was apply a takedown technique that he learned in the police academy - when Garner resisted arrest.

What happened was the takedown technique was instrumental in triggering Garner’s pre-existing health problems and led to his death, but Garner was not choked to death, Garner did not die of asphyxiation, he died of acute and chronic bronchial asthma, obesity, and heart disease. The takedown hold didn’t kill Garner.

The reason the officer was found not guilty was because the jury thought if Garner had otherwise been healthy, would he have died from use of takedown hold? The obvious answer is no, of course not. The jury found that if Garner did not resist arrest, and was healthy, the outcome of this case would have been very different.

Gosh, I don't even know if I should put in the time now.

Saying Trump is the best candidate in the past 50 years pretty much takes the cake in terms of embarrassing yourself, and that's even among covers worst. When Slovak, Hugh and Gimmee have such low opinions of you, I don't know how I could make the situation any worse or how much you could even understand in terms of counter-argumentation (which so far has been little to none).

Ah, as I expected, the ole Mark Twain cop out… “It's better to keep your mouth shut and appear stupid than open it and remove all doubt.” One of the liberal commandments is avoid arguments you can’t win. I had a feeling this would happen. Liberals usually use the race card before they cower and run away though. You didn’t. That’s the only thing that truly surprised me.

There is no reasonable counter argument. If you could’ve constructed a valid and reasonable argument, you would have. Thanks for playing. Checkmate. I should’ve listened to Thomas Paine... “To argue with a person who has renounced the use of reason is like administering medicine to the dead.”

You believe I can't come up with a reasonable counter-argument to what you proposed about Eric Garner's death?

Again, if I didn't see you type those words about Trump, which go beyond qualifying you for the lunatic fringe, I'd argue with you, as I have done for the past 10 years on this site with virtually every bigot imaginable so it proves I'm more than willing.

But what's the point? I'm serious about that.

Again, even those who are among Covers' worst think you're crazy for such a statement about Trump.

Your feet are firmly implanted in wet concrete as it dries.

(And please don't make Thomas Paine roll over in his grave by quoting him).

If I could quote the former President of Mexico Vicente Fox - and I had to censor it because Covers would change the word to "darn" or something:

"I’m not going to pay for that fu##ing wall! He should pay for it. He’s got the money"

You know, I almost want to see Trump win, just to watch NONE of his platforms and crazy ideas he's running on make it even past step one.....

As for the cops & Go-Pros, if there's millions "just laying around" to pay out for all these families of the people caught on video getting murdered by the cops, then there's funding for this too.

Yes, everyone should be taught to just comply with the police - white, black, whatever, but that ain't happening. But even with that, there's still an element out there that are and are still getting shot. But now, people are filming it, it goes instantly to the media, 9 times out of 10 the cop is fully exonerated of any wrongdoing, and then the riots and cop killings start.....

So, obviously that system is "broken" and needs to be fixed. Just saying, if I was a cop, I'd fund my own Go-Pro and have that thing running 24/7.....

I hope to god Trump wins too and there is a camera on Vicente Fox and Enrique Pena Nieto. So Trump can go on national television and say, bye-bye 400 million a year.

The city councils are quick to payout settlements but are penny pinchers when it comes to increased department funding. I’m angered about it. I think cops should be getting paid more and departments should get the DEA’s billion dollar fiscal budget. I agree with you about this.

It’s not happening because of lack of respect. People like the president fuel that disrespect by perpetuating the police brutality false narrative.

Cops are fully exonerated at such a high rate because the video shows no wrong doing. If video evidence didn’t exist, I can’t imagine how long the list would be of cops being falsely convicted, which is exactly why police love cameras. It protects them.

The riots and cop killings start after the democrats and the president and the BLM thug terrorists incite terrorism. The system is fine. The only thing that I agree needs to be fixed is the budget.

You are using 3 liberal commandments.
    1. Avoid arguments that you can’t win.
    2. Claim the high ground to try and save face.
    3. When the opponent is winning the argument, pick up on some little point that they made (in this case Trump) or anything else that can distract from the conversation and instead twist the conversation around.

Stop talking about Trump or other posters. I’m not going to fall for those liberal tricks. The topic is Eric Garner's death and you saying that you would embarrass me. I’m still waiting!

You typed out two posts, 8 sentences, and 200 words. If you can “waste time” with that, you could’ve constructed a counter argument in that same amount of time. The reality is that you can't.

You’re the one that challenged me, remember. I took you up on that challenge. Now you’re running from the challenge that YOU presented! You’re pathetic.

What's the delay, you think that I will commit verbal "homocide" at your expense?

Hugh_Jorgan - Scal isn't going to show. Liberal schmucks think snide remarks and sarcasm mean that they are “intellectually superior.” Liberals are nothing but pompous bullies. That's why one of the liberal commandments is - avoid arguments that you can’t win. Liberals are loud mouth bullies. Another liberal commandment is - bully the mentally weak. Liberals love to pick on people that don't posses strong political acumen. When a liberal bully encounters someone obsessed with politics and knowledgeable, they run because all their views are based almost entirely on how they FEEL, not that which is reasonable, practical or realistic.
